| Residential Sales - As with most real estate offices, our most important client is the individual homeowner or purchaser. We match home buyers and home owners. When buying, you need to know information on the community, schools, amenities, busing, taxes, easements, resale, trends, quality of construction, closing costs, deed transfer tax, surveyor's certificate, employment opportunities, winter loads, churches, etc.
